We must not serve sin
1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?
2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
We are being taught here that we cannot remain is sin after accepting Christ.
17 But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.
Gal 2:17 Christ died once for our sins not to remain in sin
For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
Romans 6:10
3 , that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?
Here is the baptism of Christ: 26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
Eph 5:26:
27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Col 2:11-12
You man of sins dies after going threw the operation faith, and remember faith without works is dead, so the works is repentance and putting away sin.You become a new creature in Christ.
The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:

Christ preach to the spirit in the heart of the earth, they are dead and cant be in the flesh, if they received faith then they went to the rest.
A good conscince toward God is doing righteouness. If you live in the flesh then you would not have a good conscince toward God. This time as past away we no longer should live rest of his time in the flesh and lust of men, But the will of God.
What is the filth of the flesh? 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
